Although many of our Consultants are typically on assignment, a team will be assembled for investment management large programmes or projects. As each project is unique and so the team assembly is handpicked for each programme dependent on programme requirements and client needs.

The following is a small sample of the team members:

 Consultant 1

 Over 30 years experience in Financial Services. Previous role included Director of Investment Administration for one of the largest Fund Management businesses in the world. Key responsibilities including Client, Stakeholder, Custodian and Vendor relationships, identifying cost reduction opportunities. 

Consultant 1 has worked in the majority of areas within the administration area and is very familiar with all aspects.

Consultant 2

Over 28 years experience within the Finance Sector covering Investment Banking and Capital Markets, extensive Front, Middle and Back Office experience with wide product knowledge, including Fixed Income, Treasury, Foreign Exchange, Money Market, Exchange Traded and OTC Derivatives. Highly skilled and experienced Programme Delivery and Change Manager, supported by extensive Financial Services expertise gained predominantly with blue chip clients within the wholesale and investment banking sector in the UK, Europe and North America. Roles have included large-scale system implementations including conducting of selection, through to implementing new operating models and SLA's. Specific strength in implementing PMO's, governance and oversight models.

Consultant 3

Previous experience includes Head of Risk with responsibility for managing the cashflow of large Funds (GBP bns) to minimise risk while ensuring fund performance was maintained. Consultant 3 has thorough understanding of the Front Office, with responsibility for management of the asset allocation and ‘efficient portfolio management.’ Superb knowledge of futures, options, currency forwards, equity programme trades and collective transactions. 

Consultant 4

Previous responsibility for management of a number of investment operation functions including settlements, foreign exchange, reconciliations, valuations, reporting and general portfolio administration. Consultant 4 maintained responsibility for relationship management for all global custodians, including daily liaison and periodic review of services. In addition, accountable for procedures documentation and associated risk mapping, compilation of key performance indicators and business continuity planning. Consultant 4 was also involved in strategic projects firmwide. Consultant 4 has 23 years financial services experience.                                                                                  

Consultant 5

Consultant 5 has 22 years of experience in the UK financial services sector, the last 17 of which have been working in Compliance. Consultant 5 has a thorough understanding of all compliance issues throughout asset managers and has experience in many areas including rationalisation of funds, review of administrative operating model including RFP process, transfer of Trustee, and the conversion to the new CIS Sourcebook, (COLL) project.

Consultant 6

Consultant 6 has 20 years of experience in asset management in the US, UK and Europe. Experienced in a wide range of areas including business development for well known mutual funds and variable annuity firms in the US, operational change strategy, qualitive SRI/ESG assessment of investment managers, development and oversight of socially screened indexes and related benchmarking tools. Also strong knowledge of retail and pension products, which has led to strategic reviews such as product analysis and competitor benchmarking.
